The last leg day I had to add some more weight to exhaust the tissue. Since my form gets jacked up in the middle of most sets, I have to place the weight down to rest. It’s not slamming the weight it’s resetting for a better rep. Last leg day was cute lol. #quadzilla #quadriceps #lift #fitness

Not gonna lie that was hard .... stupidly because I knew my diet was gonna be so on point for next four weeks I ate shit and didn’t drink enough water over the weekend and omg I did struggle with my lifts.. I just didn’t have the power I normally do 😩this does happen however at various points of the month so I’m not gonna use it as an excuse but instead a start point so next week when I do same thing I will be doing those lifts a lot easier and feeling a lot lighter !!! My weight is higher than it’s been also for a while but I’m not that worried about that more to get my strength and my body feeling more in the zone and with my training as at the moment I feel heavy and unsettled.
