Sushi bowl Ingredients : Sashimi of choice (My combination is salmon, shrimp and crab) Short grain rice Rice vinegar Sugar Salt Soy sauce Wasabi Steps : 1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. 2. For 3 cups of (uncooked) rice, use 1/2 cup of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of salt. Season the rice. 3. Let the rice sit for 10 minuets. 4. Make the rice fluffy and put it in a bowl, place sashimi on top of it. Make sure the rice is warm and fluffy, while the sashimi mi should be cool. 5. Put some wasabi on the top. Sprinkle some seaweed and green onions if needed. 6. Serve the sushi bowl with some soy sauce and tea. Tips : a) It’s a must to use rice vinegar, other vinegar doesn’t taste good with this dish b) any kind of light tea (or green tea) is 👌🏼recommendations : green tea, genmaicha, barley tea... c) Always store sashimi in the fridge before serving, and try not to leave it out of the fridge for a long time.
